Section 38

Repeal And Saving

(1) Following Acts are hereby repealed.
(a) Administration of Justice Act, 2048 (1991),
(b) Supreme Court Act, 2048 (1991)
(2) Any acts done and actions taken under the Acts repealed pursuant to Sub- section (1) shall be deemed to have been done and taken under this Act.
